Working Principle:
Plastic hot melt machine is divided into ultrasonic plastic hot melt machine, ultrasonic plastic hot melt machine, large plastic hot melt machine, medium-sized plastic hot melt machine, small plastic hot melt machine and other plastic hot melt machine products. Plastic hot melt unit part: plastic hot melt machine is a special equipment for hot melt welding composed of plastic filter element and plastic end cover. The machine is equipped with a heating head at both ends of the filter element and a heating head with two end covers, and the electric power of each heating head is 500 watts, a total of 2000 watts. The fixed displacement of the end cover of the filter element and the heater are driven by the cylinder, so that the surface of the heated part of the filter element and the end cover is in contact with the heating surface of the heater, so that the surface is melted, and then the heated surface is quickly bonded and cured to form a whole. These moving parts are filter feed mechanism, end cap clamping manipulator, heater lifting mechanism, pressing device, etc. These mechanisms are designed and combined into the whole machine. The mechanism is driven by the cylinder. According to the new welding process requirements of plastic welding machine, the equipment adopts programmable controller (PLC), touch screen man-machine interface operation automatic control system, simple operation, accurate and reliable.
